Certified Service Record

Log Service Hours

This is an official record showing your service involvement specifically with the Center for Service and Learning. After logging a minimum of 10 service hours with the Center, this record will be made available to you at your request.

To log your service hours, go to the Y Serve feature on the BYU app, or click the link above.
